Application Process
STEP 1
JOIN THE EMAIL LIST
Once you join the list, I will send emails about our upcoming litters, any birth announcements, and info on your application. Once a female is confirmed pregnant, or once a litter is born, I will send an email letting you know the date I will open my applications.
The email list will have access to the application link for the first 24 hours before announcing it publicly on the website and Instagram, so make sure you join the email list!
STEP 2
FILL OUT APPLICATION
Once we are accepting reservation fees on a litter, our application will be available down below. After you apply, if approved, I will schedule a quick phone call just to answer any questions you may have and make sure we are a good fit for one another.
If your application is approved and we both want to move forward, I will let you know what puppy pick number is available.
Please read the contract and reservation agreement down below before filling out the puppy application.
STEP 3
SUBMIT RESERVATION FEE
If you choose to move forward after the application process, you will submit your $500 non-refundable reservation fee and fee agreement. We will only take so many paid reservation fees before the litter is born.
For example, if we have already taken 6 reservation fees and you are number 7, we will put you on our free “standby” list and reach out for the fee once puppies are born and we have availability.
The number of reservation fees we will take before puppies are born will vary per litter depending on the mom and how many we see on the ultrasound, etc.
Once the reservation fee is paid and form is signed, your spot in our litter list is reserved!!!
STEP 4
GET READY FOR GOTCHA DAY!
Once you are on the litter list, we will send you emails to prepare for your puppy, and give you special access to the litter’s website. On the website you will find photos, puppy characteristics, along with their temperament testing results.
You will be able to get to know each puppy and watch them grow and of course we will also have pupdates on Instagram and Facebook!
Pick day will happen right after temperament testing at 7 weeks. Each family will have a 30-45 minute appointment to meet the puppies and make your pick. Then go home day will be at 8 weeks.
Your remaining balance will be due upon pick-up in cash. There will also be a contract to sign (which includes a spay/neuter clause within 18 months and health guarantee), and a puppy go home bag to take home with you! If your puppy is flying, final payment is due at 7 weeks.

As the Breeder we reserve the right to the first two picks of every litter. We may not always choose to keep these spots and will move up people on the list and fill the other spots as necessary.
If at ANY POINT, the breeder feels you are no longer a safe or “right fit” for our puppies, we reserve the right to stop the process and no longer sell to you. Our puppies’ safety and well-being is our highest priority.
